Our commitment to educational facilities includes planning, consulting , project management, record keeping and follow-up. Equally important is our work in advocating for schools in improving roof and sheet metal warrantees, writing articles and conducting educational presentations for OSBA, OSFMA and WAMOA. We have successful projects for over half of the Districts in Oregon, as well as Universities in Oregon, Washington and Idaho and five community colleges.
Consulting doesn't always involve expensive re-roofing projects. Blending new repair technologies with proven roof systems extends roof life at a fraction of the cost of re-roofing. Schools benefit from being appraised of what's available in lieu of re-roofing.
A new roof at Rogue River High School failed prematurely damaging much of the steel deck.
It's always tempting to try something new. We encourage schools to require verifiable performance for any roof system they are considering. Our firm has roofs on schools throughout the state that have and are lasting 20, 30 and 40 years and have references to back up our claims.
There are effective , proven options to solely re-roofing.
As advocates with insurance claims we've shown schools how to do more with settlements. It's important to get all that you deserve while maintaining a good working relationship with your insurance carrier.

"They see things from our perspective and are very protective of us. The first roofs they did for us in 1987 are still on and turning water. They've done insurance claims, repairs, roof maintenance, re-roofing and roof planning for us."
